“Highly likely to recommend – seems to understate my experience of working with Debra on the recent sale of our home in Garden Hills. Sure … she produced 3 contracts inside of 3 weeks and garnered 2% below asking price. MORE impressive, however, is that she sold it in our “voice”, marketing beyond the features of ‘a house’ to include the ‘heart and soul’ of our home.
